10 Tips to losing Weight

 Hi guys...

 People always ask about weight loss advice, most times, I tell them  that long term weight loss is not about pills or restrictive diets, Rather, it a combination of detemination, behavior change and enjoying food "that all food" in moderation, Here are some Tips i put together in your journey to permanent weight loss,
I will explain some and list the rest


1: Be a goal digger: set a goal of you getting healthier and lossing weight in the process

2. Group:  make it a Group thing, don't do it alone, Group of friends can keep you on track and make it fun in the process

3. Journal it: Research shows that people who keep recoeds or details about their dietary intakes, lose more weight than their non Journaling counterpart,

4. Be patient: long time weight loss takes time, you may have set backs but don't get discouraged or give up

5. Plan: At least once a week, sit down and add new ideas and plans to your process of weight loss.

6. Balance: All food have there parts to play, make sure you balance your meal, like for breakfast take light good eg "bread and coffe" with hearty serving of veggies.

7. Water: you drink enough fluid it helps also, and from now on your beverage of choice should be WATER!

8. GET YOUR ZZZ'S

9.  Personalize it 

10. Move:  get active, go for a walk, play with the kids, lean a new sport, it also helps in the process
